Today I spent the day at the Northern California SIStv crop. Thanks Suzy! It was so great to sit down an create again. I completed the project below, and I got the cards done for the Year to Remember card Swap! Yay me! Last night I also completed the October layout for AYTR and started the album for the photo a day challenge. I can't wait to get our house set up to take some more pix for the mini album I made as well as do some more home decor items.

As previously mentioned I grabbed my wedding and honeymoon albums as I ran out the door. I always have my camera in my purse so I took a few pix and created this layout yesterday at a National Scrapbook Day crop. Some at my table wanted to know if there was a special prize for scrapping photos that were less than 24 hours old!
What a FABULOUS event put on by Scraptalk.com this weekend. A full day crop held in Yountville, CA. Each attendee received a swag bag chock full of scrappin' goodness. Some of the products included paper and supplies from Rusty Pickle, Anna Griffin, Scrapworks and DejaVus, just to name a few. There was a demo from Purple Cows showcasing their new freestyle trimmer as well as their Combo Trimmer (combines a guillotine trimmer with a rotary trimmer in one device) and their laminator. There were giveaways through out the day and yours truly walked away with the EK Pretty in Pink bag. I also won 4 packs of Art Wharehouse Rub-ons. So with all the goodies I did get some work done. I completed two theme (Disney's 50th anniversary and CKU San Jose) albums and put a dent into another mini album project.
In other scrap related news, my very good friend Crazedparent, has greatly encouraged me to move forward in sharing my love of scrapping. So we are launching Scrapgasm. A blog for
those who are into scrappin' and who are stylin'! So I hope you'll join us!
